To quote, book, and complete a shipment we collect:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
• Shipment details: vehicle make/model/year, pickup and delivery addresses, preferred dates.
• Payment information processed via Stripe (we never store full card numbers).
• Booking history and account preferences.
• Usage data: cookies, pages visited, IP address, device and browser metadata.

Through the quote and booking forms on this site, when you create an account, via cookies and analytics tools, and through third-party integrations such as Stripe (payments) and Google Analytics (traffic).

To provide the shipping service, match you with carriers, process payment, send shipment updates, improve the platform, and — only with your opt-in — send you marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time from your account settings or any email footer.

We share only what is necessary, only with the parties below:

• Carrier partners: name, vehicle details, and pickup/delivery addresses for the carrier assigned to your shipment.
• Payment processors: Stripe handles card processing under PCI-DSS.
• Analytics providers: Google Analytics (anonymised IP, behavioural metrics).
• CRM systems: internal sales and support tooling.

We never sell your personal information.

Active accounts: indefinitely while in use. Inactive accounts: 3 years from last activity. Payment data: per PCI-DSS retention rules. Legal and tax records: 7 years.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of marketing. California residents have additional rights under CCPA: the right to know what data we hold, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any "sale" of personal information (we do not sell your data).
